Tribe Cycle

Group indoor cycle class for all abilities. Challenge yourself with everything from hill climbs to Tabata sprints. These 45-60 minute sessions will help you burn the calories and test your limits.

Tribal Blast

Combining the use of cardio, kettlebells, battle ropes and other functional kit to improve strength, speed and endurance.

Tribal Blast is designed to make you as strong as a tribal warrior, while focusing on full body movements like squats and deadlifts.

Tribe In Line

We love a boogie here at Tribe, this is our line dancing class!

It’s not official, but we have a good time. It doesn’t matter if you have no rhythm or don’t know your right from your left, as long as you show up with a smile and are ready to give it a go, we’re excited to have you!

Tribe Tempo

A high rep tempo workout that will help you build muscular endurance. The class is delivered to music. Tribe Tempo will see you squatting, curling and pressing. You will definitely feel the burn.

A structured full body resistance workout teaching you how to lift weight with good form, and build up your strength and confidence

This low impact, high volume class will keep you on your toes with a variety of exercises, you’ll learn new movements and good form, whilst focusing on building muscle.

Kettleblast

A twist on our usual Blast class, this class focuses on the use of kettlebells. They are a versatile piece of functional kit and test your co-ordination as well as get your heart pumping!
